 Service & Repair Options

With Over 20 Years in the business Cablespeed can offer full service & repair capability for all of the following suppliers,

ARTOS, AMTECH, Z&F, RAMATECH, ULMER, GAMMA, WDT, KODERA,  LOEPFE, SCHLEUNIGER, STADO, KOMAX, TEKUWA, HANKE, etc...

We offer a full range of options to suit your individual needs and requirements,

 Option 1:    Self Serve

 For customers who wish to repair and service their own machines, Cablespeed can provide all parts and some documentation to help. Smaller bench top machines such as Wire Cut & Strip machines are easier to maintain and as such do not always warrant an engineer on site.

We are available on demand to assist with any questions you may have when maintaining your Cablespeed machine.

 Option 2:   Email & Breakdown Hotline 

 All Technical Staff at Cablespeed are trained at the Maufacturer in order to provide the highest level of service. We are dedicated to resolving a breakdown quikly minimise downtime. We are in constant contact with the manufacturer and have devoloped a range of suppliers that provide the highest quality products with the support you expect.

 Option 3:   Return To Base

  Returning your machine to cablespeed is a very popular option for customers who can afford to be without their machine for a few days.

Retuning your machine allows us to run a full workshop diagnosis on your machine with replacement parts available at hand. The overall cost of a repair is cheaper as you do not have to pay for an engineer to travel and the only time you pay for is the time spent repairing your machine.

Example of a typical full service / repair to bench top Cut & Strip Machine

4 hours at £55 per hour.

Plus approx £15.00 for return shipment

Total = £235.00

Additional parts will be charged. Please note all aditional costs are only added following your approval.

Please note, if you are shipping your machine to us, please make sure it is well packed preferably boxed and strapped to a pallet(and insured). Please bear in mind that your machine will be repacked and shipped back in the same packing - so it must be adequate.

 Option 4:   On Site Repair

 Cablespeed Engineers are available for on site repair. When it it not convenient to return your machine then on site visits give you the safeguard that your machine will not stand idle for long.

Our goal is for our cutomers to view Cablespeed is a part of their company so that if any problems arise they have a dedicated partner to resolve them.

 Option 5:   Service Contract - Premium Service

This Premium Servie Gives peace of mind that we are looking after your investment. For customers who service their machines regularly then Service contracts come with attractive discounted rates and priority over all other service work. 

We offer Service Contracts to include:

  • PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
  • TELEPHONE SUPPORT
  • 24hr. RESPONSE
  • EMERGENCY CALLOUTS
  • OPERATOR TRAINING
  • RE-COMMISSIONING
  • DE-COMMISSIONING


Service Contracts - can be tailored to suit your requirements with visits used to cover breakdown / training / maintenance etc. in the format that best suits your company.
