The CoaxStrip 5400 is a semi-automatic, programmable stripping machine designed to perform both single and multiple stage strips. Production proven mechanics, combined with state-of-the-art electronics, an user-friendly display and included PC software create an easy to use platform which offers maximum efficiency.
The machine can easily process coaxial and triaxial cables with a maximum outer diameter of 11 mm (0.44'') at a maximum stripping length of 40 mm (1.58"). Its processing capabilities make the CoaxStrip 5400 a perfect match for a wide range of wires and cables such as single conductor wire and all common coaxial cables on the market, including the larger RG8, RG11 and RG213 types.

The unique stripping head design combines universal stripping blades with a universal centering system. This allows the CoaxStrip 5400 to process the entire range of cable types and diameters with no blade change whatsoever. The patented stripping head is precision-built to guarantee unparalleled stripping quality and repeatable results.

Short cycle times and wire list processing ensure high performance and will yield you a quick return on investment. To guarantee short operator training times, the CoaxStrip 5400 can be programmed intuitively with a Graphical User Interface (GUI).
Its high-resolution monochrome display allows the user to view a schematic diagram of the cable end, complete with programmed dimensions.
