The Amtech Gun 40 Ultrasonic Wire Splicer will join a bundle of copper wires together, up to a total of 6mm2 cross section. It can also be used to 'tip', or solidify, the end of a stranded copper wire, prior to insertion into a screw terminal. Splice parameters are monitored during the welding process.
The Gun 40 is compact and light, with quick job changeover. This machine is perfect for precision splicing, such as welding small component leads to wires, or welding motor and transformer winding wires together.
