This hydraulic universal machine has been
developed for demanding applications in
a difficult industrial environment. In addition,
the machine is characterized by its
extremely compact design and its very
low spade requirement.
A standard, separate hydraulic unit with
mains switch, power distribution and
pump provides the required power.
Our latest development offers multifarious
possibilities for various applications
with a press force of 150 kN and a open
operating space of 100 mm in height.
Typical applications are the crimping of
cable lugs and connectors.
The machine can be easily used for cable
sizes up to 400mm˛.
WDT offers you a wide range of adapters
and crimp inserts that enables you to deal
with multifarious applications. Similarly,
the UP66 can be set up quickly and simply
for other procedures such as, e.g. bending,
forming, punching, cutting or other
pressing operations.
Through password protected basic and
operating data, it permits adapting and
safeguarding the particular procedure for
the application. The fitted memory module
allows 250 different programs to be stored.
The already pre programmed operating
speed of <10 mm/sec. during the operating
stroke and >10 mm/sec. in the
reverse stroke permits operation without
the usually required finger guard despite
the brief cycle times. The pertinent cycle
is actuated by the foot pedal.
