The printing units operate on the hot printing principle using wear resistant printing foils. This process is suitable for marking cables and hoses made from PVC, polyethylene, polyester and rubber type insulations. The number of printing wheels can be kept as low as required. The wheel holder has to be filled up with spacer rings. This also permits the positioning of the wheels. The number of printing characters and types of faces can be selected as required. The printing wheels are brought to the required temperature with an integral low voltage heater. LOEPFE printing units can be left continuously connected without risk of overheating. The printing foil is supplied in 60m rolls for the smaller devices and unto 120m rolls for the larger. The following colours are supplied: Black, White, Red, Yellow, Green and Blue. Features:- Mounted on a bench or table, manually actuated, imprints unto approx. 15mm outer diameter.
