MPF-33
The Mechtrix MPF-33 Wire Prefeeding System is specifically designed for use with benchtop mounted wire processing machines. The prefeeder removes the wire from the reel and makes it immediately available to the wire processing machine. The MPF-33 features a unique combination pneumatic wire dampening and draw source tensioning system so only a single setting needs to be made based upon the stiffness of the wire being run. The available reel lift device allows safe and efficient loading of large reels.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

• Pneumatic adjustable wire back-tension system adjusts from 20oz. to 12lbs.

(0.57kg to 5.4kg).

• Wire de-reeling speed is automatically adjusted via the Mechtrix Auto-Tune® control

system to minimize the amount of stress on the wire.

• Unique pneumatic wire dampening and shock absorbing device minimizes

wire feed errors inherent in other prefeeder designs.

• Simple set-up and change-over process with retractable wire guards that make wrapping

wire around the pulleys fast and easy.
