With the new, semi-automatic stripping machine AM.ALL.ROUND one can easily, comfortably and safely undertake highly precise stripping works on single strands, cables and - dependant on its texure - coaxial cables. Without any great difficulty one can strip extreamly difficult insulations which up to now could only have been treated insufficiently with conventional clamping and cutting methods or which could not have been treated at all. The rotating blade head is a new development of our company. By means of a very complex technical construction the different functions such as rotation movement, adjustment of the blades, removal etc. are resolved by one control motor. One can adjust the rotation time of the blade head between 0.3 and 3 secs. in order to reach optimal cycle times. The AM.ALL.ROUND has been produced for daily use. All operating elements are arranged in a logical and easily accessable way. Any modification for other cable diameters or other stripping and removing lengths can be easily carried out within seconds. Insulation waste is ejected on the side of the machine and thus can be collected or separated leaving the working area clean and uncluttered. Naturally, the AM.ALL.RROUND is equipped with all necessary safety devices (according to DIN 3 100 1).
