| The Twin cable-coiling system is used to make quick and rational coils especially for long cables. Its a cable collector with two circular trays in which the wire is collected, using a alternating cycle, so that it forms a roll. The operator picks up the roll in one of the trays while the other is filling. As it is unnecessary to stop the machine, production levels per hour remain high. This coiling system can be adapted with any existing cutting or stripping machines. A special sensor is detecting the beginning and end of the cable, there is also a special sensor available for glass fibre. All parameters like coiling speed, time to stop the coiling pan, are adjustable with a simple switch. There are different dimensions of coiling pans available with adjustable insight pins. |

The delivery tray operates with a conveyor belt controlled by an electronic stop/run circuit. The delivered material is fed through a delivery tunnel. Upon the stop signal the tunnel puts the material into the delivery tray. The delivery tray runs independently of any external signals can therefore be combined with almost any wire stripping or cutting machine. The output side allows delivery of pieces that are longer than the overall length of the tray. Supplied in lenghts from 1.5m to 18m, also special stackers are avaliable upon request.

| Double pot winder with drive unit in conjunction with cutting and wire stripping machines. The winding pots are driven by two DC motors with a coupling/braking unit each. The cable is automatically transferred to the second pot. A proximity switch on the feed tube traces the end of the cable. It effects switch-over to the other pot, stops the filled pot, starts the pneumatic movement of the feed tube to the empty pot and then starts it. The wound cable is extracted manually. |
