| The printing units operate on the hot printing principle using wear resistant printing foils. This process is suitable for marking cables and hoses made from PVC, polyethylene, polyester and rubber type insulations. The number of printing wheels can be kept as low as required. The wheel holder has to be filled up with spacer rings. This also permits the positioning of the wheels. The number of printing characters and types of faces can be selected as required. The printing wheels are brought to the required temperature with an integral low voltage heater. LOEPFE printing units can be left continuously connected without risk of overheating. The printing foil is supplied in 60m rolls for the smaller devices and unto 120m rolls for the larger. The following colours are supplied: Black, White, Red, Yellow, Green and Blue. Features:- Mounted on a bench or table, manually actuated, imprints unto approx. 15mm outer diameter. |

The Z-283 Hot Stamper is an electro pneumatic thermal stamping device used for imprinting cables, wires and flat stock. The hot stamping process employed by this device produces high quality, abrasion-proof markings. The material to be imprinted is pressed against a pigmented foil and heated stamping type faces. All stamping parameters such as pressure, dwell and temperature are freely selectable in adaption to the application concerned. Standard printing wheels. Type 1: A-Z, Type 2: 0-9./-+A-M, Type 3: 0-9./-+N-Z, Type 4: 0-9./-+. The number of printing wheels can be kept as low as required. Printing foil can be supplied in a number of different qualities and colours.

| The Z-284 is a lettering machine for cables, equipped with (2) printing heads. For this, the Z-284 will be used in combination with a cutting machine. If desired, the printing heads may be used individually. Two letterings with different texts are possible within one single working process. For instance, the beginning and the end of the cable can be printed on at the same time. The distance of both printing heads can be adjusted, to accommodate a single lettering with 48 characters. |
